Self-Training Schedule

Training Schedule:

At least Twice a Week.
2 delicious new menus created by Chef Arasu to choose from:

(Set A)

Japanese Special
a) Easy run 6 rounds
b) 400m x 4 at 80 secs rest interval 90sec to 2min then rest 4 min
c) 200m x 8 at 35 secs rest interval 45 to 60 secs then rest 3 mins
d) easy run 5 rounds recovery

(Set B)

Mediterranean Delight
a) Easy run 6 rounds
b) 800m x 5 at 3.30sec rest interval 2.30sec then rest 5 mins
c) 20m x 6
d) 30m x 6
e) 40 m x 6
f) easy run 5 rounds

Don't forget to eat your compulsory deserts of Push Ups and Sit Ups after then main course!!!

First training session will be a beep test so... ... Please keep up your fitness levels!

    either 7th or 8th of dec. 90% of us finish on the 6th
