Urgent Survey for Dec Trip

Hi Guys,

Since cost was of such a concern for the year end training trip, Mr Chiang proposed a combined trip with two other sports teams. The promoting of TeamNUS cohesion would permit the SRC to sanction subsidies for the participating sports teams. This would significantly reduce the trip cost (possibly by $150).

In light of this, the dates of the trip are likely to be shifted to 10 Dec to 15 Dec (6 days 5 nights). Unless a significant number of players are unavailable during those days, this is likely to be the confirmed schedule.

Please co-operate by replying to this post to indicate your availability for those dates. If you do not respond within 24 hours, Junhao and myself will be calling you individually; this is because we need to collate the information ASAP. To those who have previously informed Junhao or myself, I apologize for inconveniencing you again but for administrative ease please indicate again your availability.

Do also indicate if you can only make it for a partial duration (e.g. if you need to return by the 16th, or if you can only meet us on the 2nd day etc). Subsequent arrangements can be made accordingly and on an individual basis.
