I know its tiring for those who just came back from the trip, but we are just 3 weeks away from sunig now. Lets get through this tough part, train hard and give ourselves a good shot at the title. I hope to see you guys down tmr.

    i'm not fully sure of the colour on thurs yet. but my guess would be that we are wearing red.
