Tuesdays 2nd Oct Training + NUS OPEN Match vs SMU
Training will start @6pm. All players are to turn up for training and coach will announce his squad on the day itself.
Wear a RED top and DARK bottoms.
Thursday 4th Oct Training @ 630pm. Wear Blue
Friday 5th Oct Training @ 630pm. Wear White
As many of you have already known, all Friday sessions will be speed and strength training conducted by Sam. Please try your best to turn up for these sessions. Attendance will be taken and submitted to coach for these physical sessions. Players who cannot make it for all Friday sessions please inform me so that we can arrange for alternative work out for you.
FITNESS and STRENGTH is very important so please please turn up.
Boots and Shoes for all sessions.

Ok just to make sure, got a econs test at 6pm probably till 7, might drag a bit but i will try to come down for training if its within the timing k. not sure who else is affected.

I have econs test friday also. Btw i have tuitions on fridays 730. Well at least till the end of this yr. And I would very much like an alternative work out session. Thanks-khamsya
