Note: Apart from boots, remember to bring shoes and shinpads (both sides, don't like some1 only bring 1 side) for ALL trainings. Also, it would be better if each one of you bring along a water bottle every training so that we don't waste time during water breaks.

Sorry I'm out today. The swelling on my right ankle( thanks to the u17 mat) from last thursday worsened. Will try to make it for tmrw and thurs.
wont be going today...andy n i have to attend last week of geylang trg.
Should be joining you guys today. But I may be late due to appointment at 6:30 (it's near SRC)

was that one of those imposters or really from CW haha...
had a last minute issue to deal with that's why i wasn't there. mum had ligament damage, couldnt walk. had to take care of her and stuff cause no one else is around. just found out minutes before training, sorry for the absence. will be there tuesday!
