Closure of Tagboard

It is against my wishes, as i know the tagboard is a means of communication and entertainment between players and visitors to the site. But lately, the discussions on the tagboard has been far too negative for the team, hence my decision to temporary suspend it. I know preventing people from talking isn't the most ideal solution, dealing with the problem is, but everyone has their opinion. Each and every opinion is valuable, has its own advantages and disadvantages, and debate will be endless.

I am taking responsibility full on as I have been mistaken that most of the team were actually in favour of the wild celebrations, hence proposing such an idea to SRC. I sincerely apologise to the whole team for making a bad decision. As of now, i can announce that there will be no such celebrations. I do agree that being champions means everything to us, but not at the risk of spoiling the team's image. I don't want the team to be portrayed as one who is overtly proud over a gold medal, whereas other teams have been consistenly finishing top-place without making a big fuss out of it. Hence my decision.

However, I will still be working with Sean and Chee hong to collate all the pictures (please send to me if u haven't), and hopefully the video of the entire match, for memories sake. When it is ready, i will personally make sure everyone gets a copy of it.

For now, i hope everyone will take some time off to remember this sweet victory and memorable season that we just had. When people talk about it, yes, savour the moments and enjoy it. But let's be proud in defeat yet humble in victory and concentrate on efforts on defending the title next year.
