Important admin stuff for matric fair!

to those who are involved in manning the matric fair booths (you know who you are right?), pls take note of the following 4 important details:

1) pls indicate ur matric number with your name in the 'comments' section. (I need to compile the list and send it to the coordinator by wednesday so i need it quick!)

2) Day i/c, pls assign one of you to bring a laptop on that day ( play videos of the ivp finals, as well as video of photos compiled by harpreet previously)

3) Day i/c, pls bring a paper which indicates our blog website clearly(u can write it in marker and paste on the table) and tell the interested freshies to check the blog regularly for updates on trials/training times etc.

4) pls bring a piece of paper to take down the name, matric number, faculty, email and hp number of interested freshies

guys, i understand it will be a little hard work, and we really appreciate it. it's time to showcase our successes so far and look forward to many more championships ahead.
