Team equipment

Hi guys,

Just thought firstly that it is perhaps time to change team manager. At the same time i think we need to start on a clean slate. Like get the equipment in order. I think our store is damn messy and equipment all over the place. Bips are also constantly thrown all over and seldom washed. To me it just seems that the team does not care much about our own equipment. Losing balls from time to time is fine but we at time we are just so easy to give up when the balls dont match up. I mean compare our store/cage to those of other CCA's. Its a world of difference. I'm sure in JC, the teams we were all in weren't like that what. What suggestions do u all have to make things better?
