After the conclusion of last week ISP 1101 "Individual Skills Fundamentals", we shall conduct the next module ISP 2202, "Individual Skills Advanced", on this friday.

Time: 5.30pm
Venue: SRC field
Last week focuses on individual technical skills, agility, crossing, shooting, moving to space. This week's session will be built on last week's basics, with more emphasis on individual skills with resistance. Details on this module is shown below:
a) shielding your ball and getting out of tight siutations
b) dribbling and beating players with change of direction
c) shooting under pressure
d) passing to beat defences
e) simple two-sided game (if there's enough people)
As mentioned before, this is NOT an official or compulsory training session and it is targetted at those who want to destress after a week long of studying. Also, there is no pre-requisite for ISP 2202 (which means you don't have to complete ISP 1101 to progress to this module). Lastly, i understand tmr is hari raya, so it might be incovenient for some of you who have made plans already.
