In view of the recent posts, i sincerely apologise for not being able to come for today. have not slept for more than 30 hours. my attendance and lethargy will only detriment the quality of training and upset others.
will try as best to attend for the rest of the week.
just in case din see my comment in the previous post..not attending trg today cos i strained my groin muscle while playing street soccer on sunday..will try to make it for wed if i can
sorry i couldn't make it for training. i've been suffering frm the lack of sleep due to em essay datelines. i will make it for training for the rest of the week.
