Training Monday 11 Jan

Pack your bags and put on your white bata shoes, its back to school kids!

(1) Training 630pm
Pls be punctual, cos we won't take long anyway
Red/Blue


(2) Ice bath after

(3) Bring orange juice for your after training nourishment (serious!)

(4) Pls rest well, drink plenty of water, and mentally prep yourself for the game on Tues. We can train as much as we like, but actual performance on match day depends just as much on your frame of mind immediately prior to the game. Personal tip: don't do anything out of the ordinary (like drink 5 red bulls that morning, or sth).
