Expectations

Today attendance wasn't so good. For those who have let me know in advance, thank you and i appreciate it. For the Muslim players, I understand that you may have to help out at home and at the same time here's wishing you Selemat Hari Raya.
For those who just did not turn up, be it because you did not bring shoes or you felt today sure cant use field, I'm disappointed.

From now on, I would expect all players to post under the comments section if they are unable to come for training and their reasons . I would also expect the comments section to be free from unnecessary comments. Next, I would like to state that today will be the first and last time that myself or Guan Long will sms or to remind you guys to bring shoes. It is a standard for all trainings, especially so with the rainy weather now.

Let me also take the opportunity to set some expectations. I do not expect each and every one of you to turn up for every training. I understand that we all have our own commitments and our own lives to lead. It is perfectly fine by me if you cant make it if you have a SUDDEN assignment to complete or rush, or you have an important date or family dinner, or you just need a rest. Attendance for training and hence commitment will be obvious for all to see and it is definately a factor in team selection. As mentioned above, please post if you are unable to turn up.
