Hi guys,
Some updates for the upcoming months.
(1) Probably training for SUNIG 2012 will resume shortly after exams. Probably May we would resume our pre- season training. Day and time would be provided shortly. We are looking to train 3-4 times a week during the summer holidays.
(2) As most of us are aware of, Team NUS have been invited by Universitas Indonesia (UI) to participate in the 25th Biennial Intervarsity Games (BIG). We have expressed our interest in the trip as it would be good preparation for the SUNIG in September and are almost certain to be competing there. We are sending a team of 22 players. So please do take note of the following.
Event : 25th Biennial Intervarsity Games (BIG)
Date : 6-12 July 2012
Venue : Jakarta Indonesia
Cost after subsidy : Appx $107 (inclusive of food, lodging and return air tickets)
(Anyone who require special arrangement, please let me know ASAP)
(3) Selections for JAFC are at a very late stage and coach have started to register players for the season. Whoever interested, please come down more often for trainings.
Training are on wednesdays and games are on Saturday.
