IVP Week 1

Guys,

The time have come for the most crucial time of the year, the IVP 2013. For many of us, it will be the last and we hope that this season is the one that we have been waiting for. If there is one thing we need to do to achieve that, you and I both know it is to BELIEVE.

Believing that we can match our opponents, believing that we can overcome any challenges that we are going to face, to go out there and do the school proud. This belief is key. At the end of the day, nobody is going to ask how hard you play, how badly you wanted it. You don't owe this accord to anyone else but yourself. Mark my words, not giving your all will weigh you down a lifetime.

Over the years, we have been talking about the 09/10 batch. The ones that created history and won the only soccer IVP for a university. This batch was regarded by many as the legendary one, the one that were meant for great honour. But, long have we forgotten that history can repeat itself again, and it is only possible if we believe.

We no longer want to live in the shadows of the 09/10 batch, we no longer want to be envious of their achievements, for we want to have the honour. We want people to talk about the 12/13 batch, and we know, the time is now.

 It is attainable, we know it. So work our asses off and we know come 7th February we will be there, to meet Mr. S.R. NATHAN.

14 Jan (Monday)- Game against RP (AWAY)

Note: Bring both colors and warm up kit (will be issued on Monday)

15 Jan (Tuesday) - Ice Bath
Gather at SRC at 1700H for ice bath

16 Jan (Wednesday)- Training
Time: 1900-2130
Color: Red

17 Jan (Thursday)- Game against NYP (HOME)
Time: 1830H - Kick off 1930H
Note: Bring Both colors and warm up kit

18 Jan (Friday)- Training
Time: 1900-2130
Note: Shoes only
Color: Blue

21 Jan (Monday) - Friendly @ NUS
Time: 1830, 1930 Kickoff
Color: TBC

23 Jan (Wednesday)- Training
Time: 1930-2130
Color: White

24 Jan (Thursday)- Game Against SP (AWAY)

28 Jan (Monday) - Game Against NYP (HOME)

Do note that between 24 and 28 January, there would probably be training. However, coach have yet to confirm with us, thus, please keep  25th and 26th Jan free.
